What does "LITM" stand for?
LITM stands for Live In The Moment. Born in the snowscapes of Quebec, our mission is to create daily objects that remind you to pause, breathe, and find quiet comfort in the present moment.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made to order with care. Production takes 2–5 business days, and estimated delivery to Canada and the US Mainland is 10–13 days total. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders across Canada and the US Mainland.
What materials are used in your candles, and how should I care for them?
Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils for a clean burn. For the best experience, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each light, and allow the top layer of wax to melt completely to the edges during the first burn.
How do I choose the right size for your embroidered hoodies?
Our embroidered hoodies feature a relaxed, unisex fit designed for daily quiet comfort. We recommend referring to the Size Guide on each product page. If you prefer a classic fit, choose your normal size; for a cozy, oversized look, we suggest sizing up.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Because our items are made to order, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our priority! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there's an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@litm.ca within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
