Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are made-to-order especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse. Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@litm.ca with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review it and arrange a free replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase. Once an order enters production, it can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
